Corner Stone's Store renovations (Value the Customers)

One of our core values at Cornerstone is to “Do what we say we will do, or tell those concerned about the change.” Of course, at times this is easier said than done.
If one of our team members makes a commitment, it is a matter of personal accountability. As each team member makes and fulfills these commitments we create a corporate culture that can live up to this core value.
I recently read an industry survey of construction company customers, and one of the top three complaints about construction companies was that customers were not kept informed about changes to their project that impacts their planning.
On a renovation or leasehold improvement project there can be many moving parts and unfortunately they are not always controllable. Sometimes, despite all of our efforts to do what we said we would do, things change but in all cases we at Cornerstone constantly strive to deliver this news as quickly as possible, honestly, and with a plan to correct the situation.
As a past or present client I would be pleased to hear how you think we do in regards to this core value. Hopefully you will give us two thumbs up!
